I ordered this without paying enough attention to the size- holy cow, it would need two burners on my stove, which isn't small! The best Pressure Cooker ever. The very best made! Great product. I had been using my mother's older pressure cooker to can food. Top quality. This is a top quality product built for serious home canning. Puts all other pressure canners to shame.
